Hothouse recently had the opportunity of working with Jeff Sentell and DawgNation to produce a special holiday video revealing the college decision made by elite, four-star football recruits here in Georgia.

In the spirit of the holidays, Jeff and the DawgNation team wanted to tell these story with that angle in mind – beginning with the recent decisions made by Malik Herring and Jeremiah Holloman.

“When I first received the call on if we could get this done in the allotted time I was tentative on taking the project, but after talking to the team and everyone agreeing to go all in we took it and delivered,” VP of Video Production Shawn Clark said. “Very proud of everyone involved.”

After receiving the script for the video on a Monday night, our team hit the ground running. On Tuesday, Roger Okamoto – our crazy good editor-camera operator – and his crew shot the footage. Wednesday and Thursday, fantastic editors Kara and Erin worked their magic to edit the footage so Shawn could deliver the final cut with time to spare before publishing.

“I always embrace this type of project,” Editor and Producer Roger Okamoto said. “Jeff at DawgNation had an idea that was creative and fun, and everyone went the extra mile to stay true to that vision. I was very happy with how the team executed the story into the video medium.”
