Millennials consider the Rush Hour movies comedy classics. Released in the late 1990s and early 2000s, these films were widely distributed as DVDs. To make the series relevant again, Warner Bros. needed a way to tap into this demo’s nostalgia for the rerelease of the Rush Hour movies on digital HD.

Our partners at the Benson Co. had the solution that would appeal to Millennials’ memories of the films. They worked with Warner Bros. to market the movies as an action-comedy HD super pack, creating a trailer chock-full of the film’s funniest moments. By highlighting the three movies’ greatest jokes and fight sequences, the new trailer transported Millennials back to the good ol’ days of Y2K—and encouraged them to watch a classic in a whole new way.
