Recruitment is vital at any company. For Mercedes-Benz USA the MB DRIVE Program is what fuels the workforce of passionate technicians who fill Automotive Systems Technician positions at Authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships.

To continuously attract passionate technicians to apply to this program and join the Mercedes-Benz team, the brand sought an agency partner to produce a best-in-class recruitment video that resonated with key personas.

For the video to be successful in reaching ideal candidates, we knew that it had to include authentic experiences and stories. What better way to connect with viewers and communicate the differentiated value of MB DRIVE than by letting the student participants communicate their passion and excitement for the program in their own words?

So, through combination of interviews with current students, graduates and instructors, as well as video clips of the elite vehicles and state-of-the-art learning facility, potential candidates got a true sense of program experience.

Working with Mercedes-Benz to produce this video and capture the stories of the men and women who graduated from the program was a thrilling experience. We felt honored to help tell the story of what makes this program unique and why aspiring technicians should apply.
