At Hothouse, we often find ourselves playing a game called “Where’s Jamie?” The Jamie in question is Senior Manager of Customer Partner Solutions, Jamie Miles. He’s constantly on the go, heading up a unique team that works diligently to execute white-glove level events for our roster of clients. Talent Management & Concierge Services
Think hanging out with TV stars is glamorous work? Try flawlessly coordinating dozens of personal appearances and celebrity endorsements, VIP events and retail appearances for clients, all while making sure the talent looks and feels their best. For a recent NBCUniversal event featuring talent from Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules, the Hothouse team managed turnkey travel arrangements, scheduling, itineraries and concierge services—allowing the stars to make a big impression on Atlanta Braves baseball fans at Suntrust Park. Just a few weeks later, Jamie traveled across the country to Portland, OR, to oversee a VIP dinner event promoting Bravo’s Top Chef with finalist Gregory Gourdet, at his restaurant, Departure. And it’s not only reality stars and celebrity chefs. We’ve also managed events with Olympic athletes like gold medal-winning snowboarder Sage Kotsenburg and A-list network talent like Taylor Kinney from The Vampire Diaries and Chicago Fire.
VIP Concierge Experiences
Our Custom Partner Solutions also team fulfills one-of-a-kind travel experiences. These client events include spa retreats, television premiere parties for shows like the Real Housewives of Dallas, golf tournaments and top-shelf trips like the recent COX Media VIP Advertiser trip to Hawaii. From exclusive trips for two to larger groups, our team coordinates it all—including booking flights, luxury hotels, ground transportation and even coordinating excursions at their destination.
The Custom Partner Solutions team is all over strategic planning for onsite activations, street teams, sponsorship activations, PR stunts, sampling, corporate hospitality and signage for brand experiences, too. And all that work produces results—our theater screening events with Starz’s Outlander series reached 1,360 total attendees and generated millions of social and media impressions, thanks to exquisitely-branded photo ops, as well as fun activities for fans.
When it comes to ensuring that shows premieres and screenings get the press attention they deserve, the press junkets coordinated by the Custom Partner Solutions team are unparalleled at amplifying media impressions and value. Working with local radio, cable distributors and TV stations, we plan and produce exclusive, immersive experiences for media attendees, including one-on-one interviews with show producers and talent, access to behind-the-scenes content and unique sponsorship integrations for the shows’ partners.
